OUR PRODUCTS

As you know, quality is our best asset therefore we take pride in each one of our products that are purchased by you. All of our hair is ethically sourced from Indian Temples and 100% unprocessed, 100% natural textures and 100% raw. Our hair is ethically cut from one single donor and carefully cut, washed and prepared for its journey to be made into your wig. The hair is directly cut from a donor and immediately wrapped into a bundle in order to keep all cuticles intact and in the same direction. This is the highest quality hair in the world as it is 100% natural. Nyra London acquires its hair from Asian temples where hair is carefully collected and wefted in manufacturing rooms in India. All cuticles on the hair shaft are aligned and healthy and thick from root to tip allowing an extended life span on our products compared to your current hair supplier. With proper care and delicate handling, your hair should last up to 5 years.

As a result of the hair being 100%unproceessed, the hair will wave and curl in a more natural, non-uniform pattern as a normal human beings hair does. The hair will change and react accordingly to natures elements and different weather conditions i.e rain, humidity etc. Due to the authenticity of the product, hair care must be amplified - the hair will need to be treated like your own. Moisture is a necessity to keep your natural hair alive meaning your Nyra London extensions will require that same level of attention. This can be carried out using moisturising conditioners, leave in conditioners, hair masks, oil treatments and avoiding consistent heat usage on the hair. Curly hair in particular will need extra love as it is more prone to being on the dryer side so insure your extensions are always hydrated. Take care of the hair and It will take care of you.

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24 hour payment processing period between that day & the following business day. Once your payment & payment period clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 15th-21st business day. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days unless next day delivery option is available. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
